Expertice in Product Design and Manufacturing to enhance and accelerate product development.
Our rapid design-for-manufacturing (RDFM) approach accelerates your product’s transition from idea stage to deployment.
MAKING THE WORLD SOUND BETTER
Are you designing an advanced electronic/electrical product ? We create full-stack product integrations for consumer and industrial clients. This includes audio for cars, noise reduction, and wearable technology, security devices, power management, and more.
Our product philosophy is design, build, test, break, and re-design. We believe that going from MVP to rapid design-for-manufacturing (RDFM) leads to a faster go-to-market strategy, enabling our clients to achieve successful production.
We are collaborators and not contractors:
our focus is achieving ROI for your product by making your system development process predictable, achievable, and cost effective.

TômTex
Industry: Sustainable Fashion

Description of Project & ROI:
This client approached Physical Synthesis to assist with their process and mechanical engineering needs, to help improve consistency and synthesis outcomes. We applied our RDFM model to TômTex's bio-engineering process for making synthesized leather product from shellfish and coffee grind waste, significantly improving the production outcomes and equipment sourcing requirements.
TômTex recently raised a $1.7M seed round to scale up their operations.
